KJ Boxing & Fitness have coaches that make you feel at ease from the moment our sessions start. We hold classes for all abilities, fitness levels or gender so training with KJ Boxing & Fitness is a great way to get fit, have fun and meet new people in a friendly atmosphere.

Most of our competitors only offer block bookings or a monthly memberships but here at KJ Boxing & Fitness we think it's best that you have the option to block book as well as offering 'pay as you train' approach.
We offer a range of group and 1-2-1 sessions either at our studio or if you'd prefer the outdoors this can also be arranged.
We offer 1-2-1 Boxing Tuition, Sports Conditioning, Cardiovascular Training, 1-2-1 Personal Training as well as non contact adult and childrens Boxercise Class.
We believe that the best coaches are those who have truly lived the boxing lifestyle, whether thats coaching or have competed in the ring. Our coaches have first hand experience of the techniques that they’re teaching.
